This demo shows an tone generator that is manipulated in volume or frequency by a second low frequency oscillator. Four different waveform for both oscillators can be selected.
At the latest check with Firefox 31.0 there were still issues with LFO waveforms other than sine wave. Apparently, judging on the heard sound, they apply an high pass filter on the oscillator at all waveforms except for the sine wave.
